Military Support Program:  
The Military Support Program has been created to allow active duty and retired service members, their spouses and dependents to participate in the Rocky Mountain State Games with up to a 50% discount off the normal registration fees. Competition Rules and Format:
This is a USA Powerlifting sanctioned tournament. USA Powerlifting membership is required for both bench press only competition and the full meet competition. The full meet competition consists of the squat, bench press and dead lift. Athletes not wishing to compete in the full meet may register for the bench press only competition. Annual memberships ($55) MUST BE PURCHASED ONLINE IN ADVANCE at www.usapowerlifting.com.
Rules of USA Powerlifting and the International Powerlifting Federation (IPF) regarding platform apparel (which includes weightlifting belts, suits, singlets, t-shirts, shoes, knee wraps and wrist wraps) and performance will be followed including drug testing. **Bench Press only will lift with their respective age division/weight class.
  • Random drug testing will be completed immediately following lifts.
  • Children must be supervised at all times while at the National Strength and Conditioning Association facility and are prohibited from playing on or near exercise equipment.
  • Due to fire safety restrictions, no more than 120 people are allowed to be in the NSCA weight room at one time. NSCA staff will monitor and enforce fire safety restrictions; we appreciate your compliance.
Medaling in the 2017 & 2018 Rocky Mountain State Games Powerlifting events will qualify you to participate in the 2019 State Games of America!
