Amateur Competition: 
Online Registration Deadline (July 25): Amateur: Youth (11 & Under and 12-15) - $10; Adult (16+) - $20

Professional Competition: 
Online Registration Deadline (July 25): Professional registration fees are based on player rating as determined by AHPA. To see detailed registration fees, divisions, and competition rules & format,
visit www.theahpa.com. Registration is limited on a first come, first serve basis. Open to amateur players as well.

Military Support Program:  The Military Support Program has been created to allow active duty and retired service members, their spouses and dependents to participate in the Rocky Mountain State Games at up to a 50% discount off the normal registration fees. *Professional divisions are determined by the player's individual rating, as determined by the Air Hockey Players Association (AHPA). An AHPA World Ranking will be issued to all professional participants during the event. All professional players must review full competition rules & format and register through www.theahpa.com

 

Note: Age determination date is July 27, 2018

 

Amateur Competition Rules and Format: Air Hockey Players Association rules (www.theahpa.com) will govern this competition. The amateur tournament will take place on Sunday, July 29.  Matches will follow a best two out of three games, double elimination format. Games will be scored to seven goals. Players earning 1st-3rd place in amateur singles championship tournament will receive a Rocky Mountain State Games gold, silver or bronze medal. There must be a minimum of three participants per division to run the division. Rocky Mountain State Games Commissioner reserves the right to cancel, combine or re-assign divisions or change competition format at the Commissioner's discretion to ensure quality competition.

 

Dress Code: Loose-fitting clothing is not advised. A foul will be called on player if the puck hits their clothing on the table during play.
