**Registration will be limited to 20 teams.

**Once registered, in order to be eligible for the USA Basketball 3x3 National Tournament in 2018, participants are required to complete a FIBA 3x3 player profile prior to the tournament. Click here to create your profile. :





Competition Rules and Format:  Modified FIBA 3X3 Rules ( will govern this competition. Each individual player will be registered by his/her coach or team captain and must sign the roster/waiver; if under 18, a guardian must sign the roster/waiver. The signed roster must be submitted to the RMSG office no later than Friday, June 29.  Rosters completed after June 29 must be turned in on-site to the Commissioner prior to the first game. Roster is limited to 5 players**.

Tournament will be a round robin format followed by a double elimination tournament.  Teams will be guaranteed a minimum of 3 games, weather permitting. Games will run a maximum of 10 minutes or end when the first team scores 21 points, whichever is first. Shot clock will be limited to 12 seconds. Note: Women are allowed to play on men's teams in the men's division but men are not allowed to play on women's teams in the women's division.

The top team in each division will qualify to compete in the 2019 USA Basketball 3x3 National Tournament (dates and location TBD). **Max team size for the USA Basketball 3x3 National Tournament is limited to 4 players; 5th qualifying team member will be designated as a substitute.

General Information: The RMSG has a zero tolerance policy.  Commissioners reserve the right to suspend and or have teams forfeit play for unsportsmanlike conduct from players, coaches or spectators.  Unsportsmanlike conduct resulting in any type of altercation on the court, the venue grounds, etc., will result in a team disqualification for the entire tournament with no refund.  Spectators affiliated with the teams are responsible for knowing and adhering to the rules and policies of the tournament. Rocky Mountain State Games reserves the right to expand, combine, cap or cancel divisions based on total number of entries.
