Military Support Program:

 Note: Age determination date in all divisions is July 19, 2019.  
General Information:
Open to amateurs only. Singles competition in six divisions: Juniors (all juniors divisions are determined by age and are limited to the first 16 entries.); Open Men (limited to the first 32 entries); Open Women (limited to the first 32 entries); Senior Men (limited to the first 32 entries); and Senior Women (limited to the first 16 entries). For the Scotch Doubles Mixed, each partner must register separately, this is limited to the first 16 team entries.
Competition Rules and Format:
Billiards Congress of America rules will govern the tournament ( Winners race to 5; losers race to 4 (men's divisions); races to 4 (women's/junior's divisions); Scotch Doubles can be composed of any male/female - Races to 4/3; flip for opening break, alternating break. Competition on 3 ½ by 7 foot tables. Individuals may enter only one singles division. 
consolation bracket will be played on Sunday as a single elimination "second chance tournament" for Scotch Doubles, Men's Open, Women's Open, and Men's Senior divisions. All non-medal winners are eligible. Awards will be given to the overall winner in each division.
All times of matches are subject to change based on number of entries. Finals of all events will be played on Sunday unless registrations allow for an early finish. Please make your travel plans accordingly. Coaching will not be permitted in any division. All divisions, including Open Women and Senior Women, may be combined or cancelled at Commissioner's discretion based on final registrations.
Dress Code: 
Men and women may wear polo/golf-style or button-down-style shirts with a conventional fold-over collar. Men may also wear dress shirts with Henley collars or tuxedo shirts with appropriate formal necktie. Women may wear dress blouses. Presentable t-shirts will be allowed. 
Men must wear dress shorts or long pants, either dress pants or neat, clean, casual pants including jeans. Women may wear dress pants, capri-style pants or neat, clean, casual pants including jeans. Women may also wear culottes, skirts or dresses of conservative length.  No revealing clothing will be allowed.  
Men and women must wear neat, clean, shoes at all times, sandals are allowed. Caps worn the proper way are allowed.
