Overview
The Colorado Springs Sports Corporation established the RMSG Youth Scholarship to allow youth in the El Paso County community who have been affected by COVID-19 to participate in the Rocky Mountain State Games at no cost. (Eligible sports for the RMSG Youth Scholarship include: Badminton, Basketball 3v3, Disc Golf, DriTri, Figure Skating, Judo, Ninja Challenge, Orienteering, Powerlifting, Splash N’ Dash, Swimming, Tennis, and Weightlifting).

Scholarship Guidelines
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
– Must be resident in El Paso County
– Must be 18 years old or younger
– Has been negatively impacted by COVID-19 in some way

Application Process
To apply for the Rocky Mountain State Games Youth Scholarship, applicant must complete the following required documents:
– Rocky Mountain State Games Youth Scholarship Application.
– Complete the El Paso County Application.

Application & Selection Time
The application will open on Thursday, March 17, 2022. The Scholarship will be open until July 29-31, the second weekend of the Rocky Mountain State Games. The application will have a rolling deadline and applicants will be awarded the scholarship following their application submission.
