The Orangetheory Dri-Tri is a challenging yet approachable fitness competition designed to test endurance, strength, and mental toughness. Athletes will complete three consecutive segments — a row, a bodyweight strength circuit, and a run — as fast as possible.
This is a single-athlete event completed in continuous succession. Time stops when the athlete crosses the finish line of the final run.
The Dri-Tri is designed for all fitness levels — whether this is your first endurance event or you’re looking to set a personal best. Come ready to challenge yourself, compete alongside an amazing community, and Win the Day.

RMSG Dri – Tri Format & Details

  • 3 Segment competition for time
    • Segment 1: Row
      • 2,000 meter
      • Athletes must complete the full distance before moving on
    • Segment 2: Strength Circuit
      • Athletes will complete 300 total reps completed in the following order
        • 40 Bench Hop-Overs
        • 20 Squats
        • 40 Bench Step-ups
        • 20 Push-ups
        • 20 Plank Jacks
        • 40 Bench Hop-Overs
        • 20 Squats
        • 40 Bench Step-ups
        • 20 Push-ups
        • 20 Plank Jacks
      • Standards – OTF coaches will judge individual athletes
        • All reps must be completed before advancing | movements must meet movement standards judged by OTF coaches | Modifications are permitted with OTF coach prior approval
    • Segment 3: Run
      • 5 kilometer run (3.1 miles)
      • Outdoor run course designated and marked by OTF coaches

Male and Female-Overall:

  • 0-29
  • 30-39
  • 40-49
  • 50+
  • Athletes must complete all movements in the prescribed order
  • Judge/Coach decisions are final
  • Athletes may rest as needed but time will continue to run
  • Proper athletic footwear and apparel is required

Tom Falgien Youth Sports Fund

The Tom Falgien Youth Sports Fund is intended to support the growth and development of youth sports in the Pikes Peak region, with an emphasis on community engagement, coach support, and engaging underserved youth in sports.
