What to Bring – Players should bring their own ball. Make sure to bring plenty of water, snacks, sunscreen, sunglasses, and shade from the sun (canopy). Canopies can be set up on the perimeter of the courts (outside the GOLD lines on the field), not in between the courts! Team uniforms are encouraged but not mandatory! Have some fun with it!

Check-in Requirements – One representative from each team needs to come and check in at the tournament desk. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST HAVE SIGNED A WAIVER TO PARTICIPATE. (WAIVER IS IN THE REGISTRATION FORM)

Concessions – There will be some concessions available – Water, Gatorade, Burgers & Hotdogs, Pizza, Snacks, and more. Venmo or Cash accepted.

Player/Spectator Considerations – This is a fundraising event for UCCS Volleyball, and there will be adult and youth athletes playing. Be mindful of the younger athletes out there participating.

  • Parents of our High School and Middle School divisions, grass volleyball is not like a HS or Club match, there are no refs, and you are not to insert yourself in the calls of the match. All calls and play will be dictated by the players on the court.

Turf tips – Shoes are optional and recommended as the surface may get hot. Good shoes for Turf volleyball are trail running shoes, something with some grip. Indoor shoes are usually not great for grass.
