Compasses are required (can be borrowed on-site), maps will be provided and are included in the registration fee. GPS units are only allowed for tracking, not for navigation. There will be beginner instruction for newcomers at 11:30am at the registration area. For more information on Orienteering visit www.rmoc.org.

Orienteering USA (us.orienteering.org/rules) rules will govern this competition with
classes and courses modified as shown above. There is a 3-hour time limit for each course. Only one course allowed per participant.

Participants competing in the open division will not be eligible for medals. Open divisions are open to individuals or teams. Competitive Divisions are limited to individuals only. Athletes can compete in younger age divisions. Adjustments can be made on-site.
